SweetWater Brewing is a major craft brewery based in Atlanta, Georgia, founded in 1997. Named after Sweetwater Creek, the brewery is best known for its hop-forward beers like the flagship 420 Extra Pale Ale, along with SweetWater IPA and the cannabis-scented G13 IPA. SweetWater emphasizes sustainability through water reclamation, spent grain recycling, and carbon offset initiatives. It produces more than 400,000 barrels annually.
For an upcoming celebration event, SweetWater wanted to create some shirts to sell in their merch store and also to generate some fun online
Creating Something Memorable and Unique
The merch store manager approached Roody with a clear vision - they wanted completely unique Custom Aloha shirts would resonate with their huge fanbase.
The shirts needed to include fun elements of their brand including imagery of their iconic can. Collaborating closely with the Roody design team, SweetWater provided brand guidelines and some fun imagery they wanted to include. They also wanted a custom tag to represent their amazing brand.
We worked closely with the merchandise manager at SweetWater that to create something that represented this amazing brand. The result was truly unique and original.
Sold Out! All Shirts Sold Out and Trending
The shirts were available in the SweetWater Brewery Merch Store and Online. Reaction from fans online was incredible and the shirts were gone in a couple of weeks!
SweetWater were thrilled with the result and the attention and engagement on Social Media. A hugely successful launch the shirt remains an all time classic!
