What exactly is a swag box?
A swag box is a curated collection of branded merchandise delivered directly to your team, clients, or event attendees. Each box is fully customized with your logo, brand colors, and messaging.

Can we fully customize what goes in the box?
Yes! You choose the products, packaging, and inserts. Whether you want eco-friendly gear, high-end gifts, or fun team swag — we’ll source and brand it.

What’s the minimum order?
For onboarding our minimum is 100 boxes per year - so about 10 per month.  Our average client ships anywhere from 30 to 300 per month. 

How long does it take to produce and ship?
Typical production is 4 - 6 weeks to make the boxes after design approval. Express options are available.  We then hold the boxes in stock in one of our warehouses (in Europe or the US).  We dispatch the same day you order.  Shipping depends on destination (we ship globally), but most U.S. and EU deliveries take 3–7 days once dispatched.  


Do you ship to individual addresses?
Yes — we can bulk ship to one location or handle individual distribution worldwide, saving you the hassle of packing and posting.

Can you handle global shipping?
Absolutely. With fulfillment centers in the U.S. and Europe, we deliver swag boxes anywhere in the world.

What kind of products can we include?
Almost anything — from apparel (sweaters, hoodies, Hawaiian shirts) to tech gadgets, drinkware, notebooks, snacks, and more. We’ll help you design the perfect mix.

Are the products sustainable?
Yes — we’re a certified B Corp. We offer eco-friendly merchandise options and plant a tree for every item produced.

How much does a swag box cost?
It depends on what you include, but most range between $35–$150 per box all-in (including packaging, branding, and fulfillment). Our average client spends $50-$70 per box.  We’ll build a quote that fits your budget.

Can you help with design?

Yes. Our in-house creative team will mock up your products, packaging, and box inserts so you can see exactly how your swag box will look before production.

Can we include personal notes or custom inserts?
Definitely. Many clients add printed cards, welcome letters, or QR codes linking to videos or digital experiences.

What if we need boxes for ongoing programs (new hires, client gifts, etc.)?
We can store your swag and ship on demand. Perfect for HR onboarding, client thank-you gifts, or campaign rollouts.
