A custom branded Christmas sweater is a festive item of clothing specifically designed and produced to include your branding. These sweaters have holiday themed designs and include your brand's logo, colors, slogans and other brand specific imagery. The Christmas sweaters are often used for corporate gifts, uniforms and events, marketing and public relations, employee morale, resale and customer merch.

Can I speak to someone about my custom sweater?

Absolutely! Every customer is assigned a dedicated account manager that’s fully available to help throughout the entire process. During business hours, you can usually expect a response to any questions or queries within an hour.

Are there any hidden costs?

Nope! There are no hidden costs. We'll give you the full price of your custom sweater order up-front, including all taxes and shipping fees right to your door.

How fast can I get my custom ugly sweater?

Fast! Typical production time for custom ugly sweaters is 30-35 days plus some time for shipping - each sweater is knitted from scratch so there’s some handiwork involved.

If you need them sooner, we offer rush orders upon request. Just let us know your deadline, and we can confirm whether we can meet your date. In the rare cases where we can't, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship custom sweaters worldwide. The shipping cost is calculated based on product and quantity and is charged as part of the initial payment. We will show you the shipping charge with the main order payment, all at the one time.

You can reduce your shipping costs and make savings by designing early. For instance, for orders placed in August, you have a slower shipping option which means your items will arrive in early November. There is a huge cost saving on slower shipping and you'll have lots of time to merchandise and sell your sweaters. In addition, it is much much better for the environment.

If you would like to order later, as always, we can make and ship the sweaters incredibly fast.

What do you mean by sustainable?

Waste / Landfill - Almost all merch ends up in landfill without being used. Not these custom ugly sweaters - these unique pieces of artwork are loved by all. Creating a unique sweater that's loved and re-worn over and over again is our aim. We love watching social to see how your pieces of art end up. We've been making sweaters for over 10 years and we know how to make them last.

Materials - We use 100% acrylic yarn to make the sweaters. The sweaters are soft and durable and wear and wash well. We always try to use recycled acrylic depending on availability. We minimize any potential waste only making the exact amount of yarn required for your sweaters - we don't use any toxic or harmful treatments in the production process.

Work Conditions - We have been working with a select group of production partners for years now, and they are truly amazing. The work conditions for staff are absolutely excellent - our production partners are audited independently and we also visit the factories periodically to check for ourselves. We take care to never work with cheap, dangerous, exploitative production partners.

Tree Planting - Of course, we also plant a tree for every item we make.
