What is the minimum order for custom Christmas sweaters?
The minimum order for custom Christmas sweaters is 100 sweaters. Because each sweater is knitted from scratch, this is a very low minimum, and you can mix sizes within this 100-piece minimum.

What material are the custom Christmas sweaters made from?
Our custom Christmas sweaters are made from 100% super-soft acrylic, chosen for its softness and durability.
Are Roody's custom Christmas sweaters knitted or printed?
They're fully knitted, not printed. The pattern, colours, and your logo are knitted directly into the sweater from scratch — the same way a real jumper is made — rather than printed onto a plain sweatshirt. This is what gives them their quality and why the whole design, down to your logo, can be customised.
Are the logos and designs woven into the sweater?
Yes — your logo and design are worked directly into the fabric of the sweater as it's made, not printed on top. (Technically this is done by knitting rather than weaving, since these are knitted sweaters, but the effect is the same: the design is part of the garment itself, not a print applied afterwards.)
How long does production take for custom Christmas sweaters?
Standard production is 35 days including shipping. Rush orders are also available, with delivery within 20 days. This includes sampling time.
Can I get a sample before I place an order?
Yes. Anyone can request a physical sample sweater to check the quality before ordering — just ask. Most people who receive a sample go ahead with an order.
Does Roody send a physical sample sweater?
Yes. Before you order, we can send you a physical sample sweater to hold and inspect — this is available to anyone, at no charge. (Note: the separate pre-production sample we make after you order stays in our factory for quality control and is approved by images and video rather than shipped.)
Do I get a sample before production once I've ordered?
Yes. After you confirm your order of 100 units, we knit a pre-production sample for your approval. We share it with you through detailed images and a video so you can check every detail. If you need any changes, we make them at no extra charge before going into bulk production.
Will the pre-production sample be posted to me?
No. The approved pre-production sample stays in our factory, where it's used for quality control — every sweater in your order is checked against it. This is why we approve it by images and video rather than shipping it out. (If you want a physical sample in your hands, request the pre-order sample above.)
Is there a charge for sampling?
No. Sampling is free — both the pre-order sample and the pre-production sample are included at no extra charge.
Can you knit my company logo into the sweater?
Yes. We have knitted custom logos into sweaters for hundreds of companies.
Can I speak to a real person?
Yes. Roody is a real team with our own fulfilment operations in Ireland and the US — you can talk directly to the people handling your order, not a call centre or chatbot.
