The Challenge
With over 1,000 employees and growing fast, Nextiva is constantly striving to keep employees happy and engaged. The company also has a strong social ethos and is always striving to give back to the community.
The Project
Each year, the team at Nextiva develop their very own ugly sweater. The company purchases the sweaters from us and then raises funds for local charities by selling them to employees. Every year they sell out and the sweaters create a great buzz.
The Result
Funds are raised for charities and the sweaters are loved and kept.
