Tillamook Creamery in Oregon is a popular tourist destination and their merch store is a huge hit. Their brand philosophy is “Dairy Done Right” and they focus on quality, sustainability, and animal welfare. Due to their focus on sustainability, they reached out to Roody to create some sustainable custom merch.
The Project
The custom merch items included a knitted custom beanie. Tillamook wanted premium products to add to their store and one of the items they wanted to include was a beanie.
The Making of the Beanies
The beanies were fully custom made and knitted. So unlike other beanies, the logo wasn’t just printed on, it was actually knitted in. The yarn was custom made to match their brand colors and the beanie included Tillamook icons and branding. The beanie had a fleece in the inside to add extra warmth and it was a cuffed style with a pom on top.
The Result
Since launch, the Tillamook knitted beanies have been a popular item among fans of the brand, particularly during colder seasons. Available through the official Tillamook Shop, these beanies come in different styles. The beanies have become a permanent feature in Tillamook's apparel line. The brand's expansion into merchandise like beanies, alongside other items such as sweatshirts and socks, indicates a successful venture into lifestyle products that resonate with their customer base.
